It has been an auspicious year for Biomax Technologies which recently clinched three awards two of which are regional titles. The regional titles are:
- The ASEAN Business Awards in the SME Innovation category and
- The Best Practices Award (Innovation) by Frost & Sullivan.
Apart from that, Biomax was also selected as a winner of the prestigious Emerging Enterprise 2013 in Singapore.
The first two awards are given to Biomax for its breakthrough technological innovation which converts organic waste into high grade organic fertilizer within one day. This technology has been receiving attention from industrial players around the world for its short processing time and other operational efficiency which lead to sustainable management of organic by-products. Biomax Technologies currently has installations in 13 countries across 4 continents.
On the other hand, the Emerging Enterprise Award jointly organized by OCBC and the Business Times, is offered to outstanding SMEs in Singapore based on the company’s business model, management capability and future growth plans. Biomax, despite being in existence for only 4 years, has a strong leadership that maneuvers the company to where it is today: from a 2-person team to the current almost 40-person team.
Biomax is now concentrating its focus on key markets such as Australia, North and South Americas.
