Kate’s journey in the environmental movement began with her campaign BYO Bottle SG, which aims to transform the culture of disposables in Singapore. Her interests now lie in sustainability communications and making complex climate issues more accessible to the general public. She posts explainers on her Instagram @byobottlesg.
Kate is currently pursuing a major in Environmental Studies at Dartmouth College in the U.S. When not stuck in classes or busy sending out emails for her various initiatives, she enjoys strength training in the gym, exploring vegan eateries, and experimenting with plant-based desserts in the kitchen!
