ERM China (ERM) and China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corp. Beijing Company (CPECCBJ) signed a worldwide strategic cooperation alliance to develop, market and provide Low Carbon Energy Transition (LCET) and renewable energy consulting and advisory services to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Chinese Companies in both China and international markets.
The focus of this strategic partnership will be on advancing and driving carbon neutrality and LCET, across the hydrogen, Solar power, Offshore Wind, energy storage, power, Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) technology, as well as oil and gas sectors. The services will include CCUS, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Technical risk, decommission and project liability risk management, and digitalisation.
The companies will jointly work together in China and worldwide to provide a comprehensive suite of advisory, consultancy, turnkey and EPC, fostering progress towards the LCET and net zero carbon.
