Marketing operations specialist / manager

Job Description


We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist or Manager with demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing programs and campaigns using HubSpot’s marketing and sales Hubs.

As the ideal candidate, you will manage our marketing technologies stack to enable the marketing teams and sales teams to complete tasks faster and free up their team members to focus on more complex tasks.

You should be familiar in automating marketing and sales processes over marketing tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Media campaign management, and be able to set up, create, and report on Hubspot dashboards.

Working with the Head of Marketing and MD, you are an experienced and certified HubSpot enterprise user who is a self-starter but also works well as part of a team. You should be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management.

The Role

You will support the team leads on multiple project accounts with executing marketing automation and inbound strategies. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new teams and projects
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platform
  • Sync, map, and process data integration with external platforms such as Linkedin, Jotform, Google Suite, etc.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
  • Develop tests and optimize results
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics

Key Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional and Sales Hub Professional
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Familiar with Data processing, analytics, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the well-used HubSpot tools and strategies including, lifecycle stages, email nurturing, sales pipelines, ticket pipelines, CRM properties, email marketing, workflows, chatbots, and popups.
  • Experience working directly with sales, marketing and business stakeholders and a multi-
  • disciplinary team.
  • Deadline driven.

  • Confident presentation skills, ability to articulate abstract ideas clearly
  • Avid consumer of media of all types
  • Has a sense of humour
  • Passion for and knowledge of the Eco-Business brand
