About The Event:
Across all industries and organisations, women remain considerably underrepresented in senior level leadership positions. While there has been some evolution in recent years, a diverse array of obstacles still exist and continue to make it challenging for women to access and acquire senior level leadership positions. The Women in Leadership Queensland Summit 2014 explores these complex and varied obstacles, as well as the challenges that women continue to face, it delivers practical strategies and solutions to both established and emerging female leaders to optimise their leadership effectiveness in order to meet their career objectives.
Inspiring stories from accomplished Queensland women as well as expert leadership and career advice will provide delegates with a range of strategies and tools to overcome common career challenges, enhance their leadership effectiveness and achieve an optimal work / life blend.
