Good employment practices are at the heart of CSR. Internal aspects of CSR mean linking effective strategies to good human resource management and involving staff in CSR activities as a way to attract, motivate and retain staff. The module also examines issues such as non-discrimination, equal opportunities and strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The course will help participants to:
- Embed corporate social responsibility into modern human resource management practices and procedures
- Understand the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Plan a strategy in their own organisation and empower workers to be involved in social responsibility initiatives
The course costs 54.000 THB (approx. 1750 USD).
Participants can take this course as a stand-alone course and earn credits that can subsequently count towards the Professional Master’s Degree in CSR.
