Carbon Neutrality - PAS 2060

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, global emissions currently exceed 25 billion tons of CO2 per year and likely to double by 2100.  This anthropogenic issue explains why more and more consumer groups and business organizations are synergizing to achieve effective and equitable nature conservation and help mitigate the effects of climate change while maintaining business growth.  In order to realize conformity and consumer confidence in terms of carbon neutrality claims, the British Standards Institute (BSI) has published a standard for companies and other organizations to demonstrate carbon neutrality - the Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 2060:2010.

This one-day training on Carbon Neutrality – Best Practice Overview (PAS 2060:2010) is designed to guide participants on how to bring greater consistency, transparency and credibility to carbon neutrality claims. The topics include introduction to carbon neutrality and PAS 2060, significance/importance of carbon neutrality and PAS 2060, challenges in implementation of PAS 2060, certification process and more!
