Treetops Executive Residences is awarded the “Best Eco-Living Serviced Apartment Brand- Singapore 2014” by the Global Brands Magazine.
The award was presented to Treetops during the Award Ceremony held at The Address Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 15 December 2014, amongst other prestigious brand winners in their respective categories like Microsoft, Harley-Davidson and SAP.
With its vision to be the leading serviced apartment in Singapore and the region, this prestigious accolade is another testimony of Treetops’ effort in striving to deliver beyond just hospitality, but also to create a holistic eco-living experience for all of its guests.
More than 500 brands were reviewed by the panel of branding experts as well as independent third party panels over several rounds of auditing and reviewing process before the winners of this year’s Global Brand Magazine Awards are selected.
About the Green Initiatives for Eco-living at Treetops
Treetops, through its continuous effort in adapting Green Initiatives within the estate , has impressed the judges with their extensive amount of green touches that promotes healthy living for the body, mind and soul, while at the same time reduces the organization’s environmental impact.
Examples like the use of organic bathroom amenities in the apartment and ensuring better indoor air quality for all guests through the use of air filtration system in the apartments 24/7 have been some of the key winning points. In addition to the above, a corporate social responsibility initiative - Treetops Love Care and Clean Program to adopt and care for four elderly folks has also been implemented.
The installation of the energy efficient Tri-Gen System, the first of its kind for a Serviced Apartment in Singapore, combined with continuous efforts in “Going Green” to play a part for the environment, has allowed Treetops to reduce its energy consumption by 50% as compared to the base year set in 2007.
