Advancing 3R and Resource Efficiency for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

With a theme of ‘Advancing 3R and Resource Efficiency for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development’ cities, this year’s Forum recognises resource efficiency as a key driver in the green economy, focusing on the challenges of reconciling the pressures of urbanisation with sustainable development.

A prestigious global forum where political leaders and decision-makers from the Asia-Pacific region meet to guide policy, encourage action and strengthen international co-operation in the 3Rs - waste reduction, recycling and reuse.

Attending the Forum will be some 500 representatives from 30 member countries including senior political and government representatives from Asia-Pacific countries.
