Free Screening of “Closing the Loop” - the world’s first documentary about the Circular Economy Revolution

The Circular Economy Club Singapore is delighted to announce the FREE screening of “Closing the Loop”, the world’s first documentary movie about the Circular Economy Revolution, on Thursday Nov 29th at the German European School Singapore, our kind sponsors for the event. Doors open at 18:30.

For full details please click the event website or the registration link.

The event is open to all, from newcomers to and supporters of the Circular Economy, established companies, start-up businesses and NGOs to academia, school communities and anybody, who is interested to see positive change.

The movie explores how businesses can make the change from a linear “take-make-waste” economic model to a circular “borrow-use-return” one, also known as “zero waste” or “cradle-to-cradle”. Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion or question & answer session to shed further light on what the Circular Economy really means, also exploring routes going beyond recycling.

Closing the Loop is created by Emmy Award winner, Graham Sheldon and is presented by Prof. Dr. Wayne Visser, who is a Professor of Integrated Value at the Antwerp Management School, but also a Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. This optimistic film about innovative solutions, debuted on Earth Day in April 2018 and is currently slated for 125 screenings in 38 countries.

We hope to see you there!
