Chasing Coral: Green Drinks March Film Screening

Green Initiatives 99th film screening, in support of the World Water Day 2019, CHASING CORAL, was filmed over three years, with 500+ hours underwater, includes footage from over 30 countries, and was made with the support of over 500 people around the world.

Winner of 7 awards and 17 nominations. Including Best Feature Documentary and Call to Action Award by Boulder International Film Festival.

Chasing Coral is a fascinating documentary from the same director, of Chasing Ice (2012), Jeff Orlowski. The film tells the story of climate change by showing some of its unambiguous effects.

The discussion that follows the film will be led by Austin Powers.

Austin Powers is an artist, director, divemaster, underwater photographer and passionate explorer. He is the founder of Loud Ocean - a creative studio dedicated to ocean conservation, creating content and experiences that help bridge the gap between culture and sustainability.
