The 6th SEC-PSE Corporate Governance Forum with the theme “Sustainable businesses: Taking the lead in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals” organised by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) will be held on 25 October 2019, Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM, at the Meeting Room 1, Philippine International Convention Center, PICC Complex, Pasay City
The forum aims to be a platform for the government and the private sector to discuss how it can individually and/or jointly collaborate to effectively contribute to the successful realisation of their mutual responsibility of creating a sustainable environment and society.
Further, the forum aims to help companies assess and manage the financial impacts of climate change to their organisations. The topics covered are “Climate Action Tracker: Private-Public Joint Action for the Paris Agreement”, “Financial Impacts of Climate Change” and “Updates on the Revised Corporation Code Relative to Corporate Governance”.
A registration fee of Php3,000.00 per participant will be charged. Payment shall first be made to the Economic Research and Training Department (ERTD), West Wing Hall, Ground Floor Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Pasay City, before registering online.
