Sustainability Knowledge Group will share its professional expertise as course advisor for a new course dedicated to strategic stakeholder engagement. The course titled “Stakeholder Engagement Strategy” will touch upon all key stages of strategic stakeholder management and will guide participants to learn how to:
- identify, prioritise and map stakeholders
- develop and implement impactful stakeholder engagement strategies
- design organisation-wide initiatives based on stakeholder interests and needs
- measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management
This course will be the newest addition to Philanthropy University’s growing course catalogue, which currently includes fourteen free online courses on topics like monitoring and evaluation (M&E), fundraising, project management and more. In addition to courses, Philanthropy University also offers online communities and funding opportunities for social impact organisations, so they can learn, network and grow together in one free, all-inclusive online space.
