The 2nd International Conference on Smart Grid and Clean Energy Technologies (ICSGCE 2012) will be held at Hong Kong on the 26-28 October 2012.

ICSGCE is an annual conference which aims at bringing together participants from academia, industry, engineering, and administrative organizations to exchange novel ideas, explore enabling technologies, discuss innovative designs, address open problems, and share field trial experiences in smart grid and clean energy technologies. ICSGCE 2012 will feature keynote speeches and special sessions given and organized by international experts on smart grid evolution.
The Conference proceeding will be indexed by EI Compendex. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version for possible inclusion in the special issue of Journal of Electronic Science and Technology (http://www.intl-jest.com/), which is a DOAJ journal, indexed by INSPEC (one of Ei databases), America CA (Chemical Abstracts), CNKI (China), and Wanfang (China), and also included in Oriprobe and Academic Publishing Platform.
