For the first time, we are providing spray cans powered by compressed air that completely replace expensive chemical propellants. In this revolutionary technology a four-layer EcoPouch is inserted into a can and then the can is pressurized.
Finally, the EcoPouch is filled with the liquid. As the valve is depressed the surrounding pressure expels the bag’s internal fluids until the product is used up.
Water-based EcoAir® products exemplify Cortec’s long-standing commitment to conserve our natural resources. They attack the toughest maintenance duties while being completely safe for the environment. The products contain biodegradable, non-toxic, nonpolluting ingredients, they have no chemical propellants or traditional aerosols and are non-flammable. The aluminum can is completely recyclable.

EcoAir® product line incorporates a wide range of innovative products among which is Eco Air® Non Toxic Rust Remover-VpCI®-423, that provides multimetal corrosion protection. It is an easy to use rust remover that is harmless to people while effectively removing rust and tarnish from steel, iron, copper, brass, chrome, and aluminum.
VpCI®423 removes corrosion from metal without creating waste disposal difficulties. It will not harm human skin or adversely affect most surfaces. With this product removing corrosion from metal is easy, just apply VpCI®-423 and rinse with water.
The product is completely organic, 100% biodegradable and so mild that minimal protective covering is needed, unlike conventional rust removers which are very dangerous to use, handle, and store. It is formulated to stay in place for special applications that require the chemical to cling to vertical surfaces or the underside of horizontal surfaces. VpCI®423 makes it easy to remove rust from tanks, vessels, outdoor machinery and equipment, walls, fences, railings, and vehicles. The product is accepted by USDA for use as an acid cleaner in food plants and approved for direct disposal in the North Sea.
