As the widely recognised solar solution provider in Japan, Antaisolar won the order of 16MW PV project in Akita Prefecture, a snowy area, to bear the rigorous natural test once again.
The project adopted 4X5，4X6，4X11 component layout and the ground screw of 2m long to maximise the use of space and effectively deal with the 207cm of snow height.
Due to the project site located in snowy area, Antaisolar provided the special mould customisation of the ground mounting rack to meet the high snow pressure conditions. Compared with the normal ground mounting system NW 60 , this system increased the thickness of columns, rails and supporting beam to improve the overall strength.
Antaisolar always adheres to ensure the reasonable cost while meeting the relevant design requirements, maximally eliminate the construction limitations of on-site constructions for the clients.
At the same time, Antaisolar’s professional engineers have arrived at site to provide professional installation guidance, so as to ensure efficient and quick installation of support system.
