33 Talent are reporting good results from their expansion into the Sustainability/CSR sector, created in response to SGX mandated sustainability reporting and following a wider worldwide trend on doing business in a sustainable and ethical way.

Sustainability is the newest area of focus for the 33 Talent team and fits alongside the company’s award winning Digital, Big Data and Comms recruitment practices. 33 Talent is housing its Sustainability recruitment under their Communications team for now, as there are often some clear links between roles in both sectors, but plans to grow the practice until it is self-sufficient.
While the majority of Sustainability recruitment has so far been done from Singapore, in 2016 they will also be introducing the service in their offices in Sydney and London as well.
Demand for sustainability and corporate social responsibility experts is growing extremely fast in the APAC region and in 2015, 33 Talent placed Sustainability experts in a range of companies from agencies, to corporates, and even regional initiatives - in a recent project 33 Talent recruited the entire founding team for Grow Asia, a WEF secretariat that facilitates multi-stakeholder collaboration to enable sustainable and inclusive agricultural development in ASEAN countries.
33 Talent has already tapped into a strong network of experts in Singapore - at a recent 33 Talent networking event held in March, over 150 sustainability participants signed up.
