The role resilience and stress management play in an industry so regularly defined by tough decisions and high-pressure situations cannot be understated; an inability to handle urgency and stress can have serious consequences. By reinforcing stress management practices and developing resilience strategies, leaders can prepare for adversity and stay calm and collected when things go awry, resulting in more effective decision-making.
