Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) is regarded among institutional investors as the leading corporate sustainability rating
Over 2,000 companies round the world in 59 industries were assessed in 2015. Recognizing the value of being recognized by key investors, companies in global business are committed to improving their scores within the index every year. Yet companies from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore have not prioritized their engagement with the index. Out of 95 Malaysian, Indonesian and Singaporean companies who were invited to participate in 2015, only two of those managed to achieve a place on the top 15% of companies globally. This is a serious matter as global investors concentrate increasingly on governance, environmental and social factors.
It need not be so!
Due diligence and an attentive and purposeful response to the questionnaire can enable companies to achieve a strong position in DJSI and to improve underlying performance.
Our webinar shows you how.
