COURSE OVERVIEW
The course focuses on implementing of the ISO 50001:2011 standard to help your organisation to develop and implement policy, identify significant energy and improve energy performance and also prepare and maintain required documentation.
This 5-day training is designed to give you the relevant skills and knowledge to carry out audits of Energy management Systems (EnMS). The training provides an opportunity for both Environmental and Energy Management professionals to update their sills in interactive and supportive surroundings.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
- Describe the purpose of an EnMS, EnMS standards, management system audit and third-party certification
- Explain the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow up an EnMS audit in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, where appropriate
- Plan, conduct, report and follow-up an audit of an EnMS in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, where appropriate

This workshop is intended for anyone within an organisation interested and responsible for energy management practices and implementing energy efficiency into existing industrial management systems for continuous improvement for sustainability.
