Climate Action: Sustainable Innovation Forum

The Sustainable Innovation Forum is the pivotal business event held annually alongside the official UNFCCC COP19 proceedings. Now in its fourth year, the forum will be hosted at the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel, Warsaw, Poland on the 20th November 2013.

The forum is an essential catalyst in bringing together business, government and leading NGO’s to accelerate sustainable growth and drive the global green economy. The forum also provides a unique platform for senior delegates from business, government and the not-for-profit sector to come together and build effective partnerships within the wider sustainability agenda.

The forum will include high-level panel discussions on global energy transition; the sustainable technologies that business and governments should be investing in. Confirmed speakers include Achim Steiner, Executive Director - UNEP; Dr Johannes Meier, CEO - European Climate Foundation; Gino Van Begin, Secretary General, ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability; Jean-Guy Carrier, Secretary General - International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and more to be announced to the media over the coming weeks.
