Local Government and Public Sector (including heath and schools) Building Portfolios are a mix of small to medium size buildings and other facilities at multiple sites. Some facilities are complex in regard to the requirements of users and building structures such as libraries, museums or swimming pools.
Building and facility portfolios are diverse and can include large CBD office complexes, railway stations, schools, universities, museums, art galleries, zoos, swimming pools and sporting complexes.
