Mr Plaza provides support to ADB operations through urban development sector knowledge work, coordinating co-financing activities under the Urban Financing Partnership Facility, and providing support to technical assistance and project processing and implementation. Before joining ADB in 2015, he was a freelance consultant and researcher on various urban development projects in Southeast Asia and West Africa.
