Michael Boyland is a Research Associate at the Stockholm Environment Institute Asia Centre, working on climate change, disasters and development in Southeast Asia. Michael is Coordinator of the International Centre of Excellence on Transforming Development and Disaster Risk, and a Young Scientist of the Integrated Research on Disaster Risk Programme.
