Hosted by Infoactiv and the Global Product Stewardship Council
The importance of product sustainability is firmly on the agenda for many companies, government agencies and NGOs.
More specifically, the momentum behind Product Stewardship and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) initiatives continues to grow around the world.
The focus of this roundtable meeting is on Product Stewardship Futures in the Asia Pacific region, and there is no cost to attend. We are expecting a dynamic group of people to attend. Morning tea and a light luncheon will be provided as part of the meeting.
The meeting will be a facilitated session with ample opportunity for discussion, critique and exploration. We expect to cover industries and product categories related to electronics, packaging and batteries as well as other priority ‘wastes’.
As a contribution to the ongoing development and implementation of product stewardship in the region, Infoactiv and the Global Product Stewardship Council are hosting a half-day roundtable discussion in Singapore on Tuesday 25 March 2014.
This meeting is specifically for OEMs, producers, compliance, procurement and supply chain managers, policy-makers, government officials and business decision-makers.
NOTE** - Another roundtable meeting specifically for recyclers and the waste management industry will be held in July 2014.
