CEOs and C-suite executives at Interface, CDL, SimeDarby, VISA, Singtel meet in May

Following up on the success of last year’s event, the 2nd edition of the Responsible Business Summit Asia will take place on 17-18 May 2016 in Singapore.

This year the discussion is focused around value chain sustainability, as mapping out a broader value chain landscape is vital for identifying areas of risk and opportunity and improving commercial performance.

Over three streams, some of the leading minds – including CEOs and C-suite executives responsible for procurement, social, environmental affairs, sourcing and sustainability from BASF, Mars, CDL, RICOH, Adidas Group, SingTel will share practical answers to the most critical issues faced in Asia Pacific, such as;

  1. Supplier collaboration - including discussions on building a supplier code of conduct, moving beyond audits, human rights in action and engaging procurement colleagues
  2. Business strategy - mapping out value chain landscape, materiality analysis, establishing win-win partnerships and empowering colleagues

The attendee list is dominated by nearly 70 per cent corporate brands and includes representatives of key civil society organisations and influential NGOs.
