During this session, we will be exploring how to be consciously curious, harnessing the mind-body connection, how to nurture ourselves and how to shift your mindset to one of abundant possibilities. 4) EARTH - Biodiversity: Ego vs Eco [Sun 22 April 1.50pm-4.30pm]

We’re used to thinking ourselves at the top of the food chain, but what if we can remove the ego (thinking of ourselvse first) and look at all beings as connected? During this session, we are diving into pressing issues like ivory and sharks fin, looking at how we can choose impact travel and sustainable journeys and protecting biodiversity in Hong Kong and beyond.
