In 2016, we launched Future Food Asia with the promise of putting the Asia Pacific region on the AgriFoodTech map. The region has risen to the challenge and Future Food Asia has delivered. Over the past 5 years the sector in Asia has grown from its infancy and is now entering its exciting teens. And like any teenager, it’s going mainstream!
The sector has begun to attract an explosion of new innovators and several new investors, many of whom sat on the fence few years ago. It has begun to write its own narrative in areas such as alternative protein and digital agriculture. We are entering AgriFoodTech 2.0 and it is being ushered in not by tailwinds from the West but by trailblazers from Asia Pacific.
The Future Food Asia 2021 conference will curate discussions on what AgriFoodTech 2.0 entails and we are excited to announce our first set of speakers.
