Wind power is expected to account for more than three percent of China’s total power output by 2015, according to the latest report issued by State Electricity Regulatory Commission, which means in the next few years, China will add an average of about 25 million KWs of wind power installed capacity and invest almost 34 billion US dollar in the wind power market every year. As the world’s largest wind power producer, China now houses 486 operational wind farms with a combined installed capacity of 39.24 GW.
