Details:

Projects can be entered in the following 4 categories:

Hotels: All types hotels, resorts, motels
Office: Commercial offices and public offices
Retail: Shops, showrooms, studios, clubs, restaurants, shopping malls, cafes, canteens, supermarkets
Residential: Condominiums, private houses, bungalows, villas

This competition is open to licensed architects and professional interior designers and design consultants in their jurisdiction worldwide.

Concept stage: To be completed on or before 31 December 2017

Completed: 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017

Prizes:

One winning design per category per country will be chosen by the jury and focus group committee.

This means there will be 1 winner for Hotel category; 1 winner for Office category; 1 winner for Retail category; and 1 winner for Residential category from each country.

Winners will be honoured during the BCI Asia Awards night, a gala event that attracts the crème de la crème of the architecture, building and construction industry in all 7 BCI Asia countries. The total turn-out estimates over 2,500.

Winners and their winning projects will appear in BCI Asia’s highly reputable titles FuturArc and Construction+ as well as websites and social media channels. FuturArc is the established leading voice of Green architecture and design in Asia, widely distributed in the region. Construction+ is a well-read magazine that reaches out to all industry professionals in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Winners and their winning designs will also receive coverage in major local newspapers/trade media.
