With soaring energy prices and increased scarcity of natural resources, pin-pointing energy efficiencies - from planning to manufacturing to operations - makes good business sense.
Course Objectives
This workshop aims to equip participants with the insight into the standard of the ISO 50001:2011 and how to implement the standard in the organisation to have an effective Energy Management System and to improve energy performance.
Target Audience
Management Representatives, Facilities/Energy Managers, Executives and Supervisors and personnel responsible for implementing and maintaining an Energy Management System.
Speaker’s Profile
Zainab Ibrahim is a Senior Auditor & Product Specialist for quality and environmental management system standards namely ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 50001/SS 564 Energy Management System, SS 577 Water Efficiency Management System and Carbon Footprint & Accounting Standards in TUV SUD ASEAN.
She is a registered SPRING, Singapore Business Excellence Lead Assocaite, Singapore Certified Energy Manager (ASCEM). She has performed more than 3,500 audit days in her last 16 years’ tenure as management system audit. She was also nominated to the panel of judges for ACCA Singapore Awards for Sustainability Reporting from 2010 to 2013.
