Economy for Green: A REDAS-SGBC Joint Seminar 2019

Fuelled by greater awareness and a growing demand worldwide for sustainable actions, the green building movement is gaining steam now more so than ever.

Yet, a fundamental question is always asked:
Does going green cost more and is it worth it?

In the age of innovative building solutions and readily available green building materials, the cost of going green has definitely been decreasing steadily.
Green Buildings can become the norm and provide a healthy and sustainable environment for people.

The Economy for Green seminar, jointly organised by REDAS and SGBC, will centre the spotlight on some of the key concerns for going green. Exploring the drivers for green building acceleration and delving into the economic opportunities presented by green building, this seminar aims to sharpen the focus and further the conversation towards creating a truly green built environment and economy.
