Becoming climate resilient: Steps to a fair and green recovery in Southeast Asia’s rice value chain

Complicated by the pandemic, rice farmers are adapting to a new normal overshadowed by climate change, which for many, is more worrisome as effects will be lasting.

We will explore adaptation strategies of farmers to climate change, as well as the needs of smallholders as we shift from response to recovery: Demanding to build back better protect livelihoods in the rice value chain and help improve the resilience of smallholder farmers.
