This year’s Metering, Billing/CRM Asia co-located with Transmission & Distribution/Smart Grids Asia 2013 witnessed the official announcement that it would rebrand to Asian Utility Week in 2014. Asian Utility Week is following in its European and African counterpart’s footsteps: European and African Utility Week, each attracting thousands of participants every year.
Asian Utility Week 2014 will incorporate the established Metering, Billing/CRM Asia and Transmission & Distribution/Smart Grids Asia shows, comprising major utility topic areas like – metering, billing, customer engagement, transmission & distribution, smart grids, renewables integration, energy storage, and incorporating an extensive exhibition of world leading Smart Grid and Smart Meter solution providers showcasing their latest products and services on the exhibition floor.
What to expect:
- Electricity utilities will meet to evaluate the latest metering and network technologies and project experiences, as well as innovative approaches and technologies to increase energy efficiency, promote behaviour change and empower individuals through knowledge and information, ultimately saving money for both the utility as well as the customer via more accurate bills.
- Top-level speakers representing the utility industry from all over the world will present their views in different conference formats including case study presentations, round table discussions, technology workshops and panel sessions.
- More than 80 world leading solution providers will showcase their latest products and services on the exhibition floor, through technology showcase presentations at their stands, providing attendees with an extra learning opportunity.
With over 1000 participants from more than 30 countries at the combined 2013 editions of Metering, Billing / CRM Asia and Transmission & Distribution / Smart Grids Asia, we expect more than 1000 international participants to attend the 2014 edition.
