2nd Indonesia Future Energy Summit 2026

As a heavily fossil fuel reliant economy with a young population of around 280 million, Indonesia is undergoing a rough battle against energy transition. However, with the new President coming into power, the energy transition in Indonesia is going to fast forward. Recent advancements, such as a 15% increase in renewable energy capacity and the launch of groundbreaking initiatives like the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Consortium, highlight Indonesia’s readiness to embrace transformation. With digitalisation, energy efficiency, and electrification reshaping the nation’s energy landscape, there has never been a more critical time for innovation and collaboration.

This summit is going to bring together industry leaders and influencers across the value chain to share their insights and experience, showcase technological innovations and most importantly establish joint efforts to deliver the region’s net zero ambition. We expect 200 senior representatives from government agencies, local and international power producers, IPPs, investors, banks, EPCs, power utilities, research institutes, solution providers, OEMs and many more to attend this event.

Key sectors to be covered in 2026:

  • Policies and market scenarios;
  • Solar (large scale, C&I, floating solar pv) and wind energy project development
  • Power grid: Smart grid, micro-grid and digitalisation
  • Data center and power solutions
