In 2018, GRI partnered with SM Investments (SM) to present the first and largest sustainability Summit in the Philippines, and in 2019, Ayala Corp. and Shell joined GRI, SM, and the Global Compact Network-Philippines to empower corporate actions through the SDGs.
This year, GRI reunited with SM to highlight the important work of the private sector in addressing the pandemic challenges as well as discuss how businesses, moving forward, can support the ASEAN region’s sustainable recovery towards achieving the SDGs. With Eco-business and Manila Bulletin as the official media partners, the 2021 GRI-SM ASEAN Sustainability E-Summit, Leaving No One Behind: Private Sector in Solidarity with Sustainable COVID-19 Recovery and Delivering the SDGs will bring together sustainability leaders, experts, and advocates across and beyond the ASEAN region to discuss the following current, urgent, and relevant topics:
