How can I get unlimited access to Eco-Business content?
Sign up to any of our subscription plans for unlimited access to our content.
What happens at the end of the EB Circle trial period?
At the end of the trial period, you will receive an email to inform you that the trial has ended. You can decide then to continue the EB Circle membership or to cancel your account.
You can cancel your EB Circle subscription yourself at anytime. To cancel, use the Cancel my subscription link under your subscription settings.
What are EB Circle members-only events?
EB Circle members receive priority invitations to Eco-Business events across the region, along with access to exclusive training sessions, webinars and in-person networking mixers in select locations.
What is EB Publishing?
EB Publishing is a publishing service that we offer to organisations through our enterprise membership plans. You can publish your press releases, jobs, events and research papers on our platform which is read by millions of decision makers worldwide. All submitted content is reviewed by our team and has to meet our editorial standards.
What happens if I run out of EB Publishing credits?
You can always request for more credits through your account manager.
Do the other subscription tiers have a trial period?
Currently, we are only offering a 7 day trial for EB Circle subscriptions.
Do you offer subscriptions for organisations/corporations?
Yes, we do. View our EB Enterprise membership plans.
Is this a monthly or annual subscription?
Our EB Circle subscription plan is billed monthly or yearly, you can choose. Our EB Enterprise plans are billed yearly.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime and continue to enjoy your benefits until the end of your subscription period, but there are no refunds for partially-used periods.
Can I sign up for multiple subscriptions?
You can sign up for one subscription per email address.
Can I partner with Eco-Business without an EB Enterprise subscription?
Yes. If you’d like to partner with Eco-Business, you can contact us at partners@eco-business.com or through our WhatsApp number anytime.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription plan by cancelling your current subscription and signing up for the new plan.
Can I attend EB events without a subscription?
We host a wide range of events that are either ticketed, only for members or open to the public. Check out our events page.
I have more than 20 employees that I’d like to gift EB Circle subscriptions to. What happens after I use up the 20 invitations?
You can purchase more EB Circle invitations by emailing us at partners@eco-business.com. Alternatively, ask the person you would like to have an EB Circle subscription to subscribe using their own email address or existing EB account.
Can I access my subscription on any device?
You can access your subscription and account on any device with an internet connection.
