Jagan Shah is Resident Senior Fellow at Artha Global. He has previously served as Senior Infrastructure Adviser in the UK Government and as Director of India’s National Institute of Urban Affairs (2013-19), where he led the design and implementation of India’s Smart Cities Mission. Shah studied architecture in New Delhi, Cincinnati, and New York.
