Parita has 20 years of experience in strategic market research, including 10 years researching the Asia Pacific region. She is a former Head of Country Research – APAC at Euromonitor International. Her research background is in Consumer Goods, yet her passion for sustainability and climate change was peaked when she observed the environmental impact of the different consumers goods sectors, such as packaged food, packaged beverages, apparel, beauty, and personal care.
Parita studied Japanese and Management Studies at Durham University, UK. She also has a Diploma in Teaching and Supporting Children with Special Needs. In her spare time, she listens to music and tries her hand at gardening. She is a member of the Singapore Urban Farmers Facebook club.
