How do I update my account details?

You can update your account details, including your name and email address at your account settings page.

How do I delete my account?

Please contact us and request for your account to be deleted. Any current subscription will be cancelled. All of your jobs, events, press releases and research papers will be deleted along with your account details.

How do I get an invoice for my subscription?

Use the Download link next to the invoice you wish to download, under your subscription settings.

Use the Update billing information link to edit the billing information used on your invoices.

How do I change my payment method?

Use the Update payment method link under your subscription settings.

Can I change my EB subscription?

EB Members can upgrade to EB Circle, EB Premium or EB Enterprise. View our subscription plans for more details.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged the first subscription fee upon signing up for a subscription. For EB Circle trials, your payment will be taken only at the end of your 14-day trial period.

A payment may fail due to reasons (e.g. insufficient funds on your credit card). We will continue to make several attempts to collect the payment, and you may receive an email from our payment provider, Stripe, with a subject line starting with “failed-payments,” asking you to review or update your payment details. If we are not successful in collecting the payment after several attempts, your subscription will be cancelled.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will be renewed automatically every month or year, depending on which plan you are on.

If I cancel my subscription, will I get a refund?

There are no refunds for partially used periods.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the Cancel my subscription link under your subscription settings.

I am an EB Enterprise member. What happens if I run out of EB Circle invitations?

You can purchase more EB Circle invitations by contacting us. Alternatively, ask the person you would like to have an EB Circle subscription to subscribe using their own email address or existing EB account.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for partially used periods.

How do I submit content for EB Publishing?

Please visit your EB Publishing dashboard. From there you can submit your press release, event, job or research.

Why is my content being reviewed?

We review all submitted content to ensure it meets our editorial standards and policies. Our team aims to provide a fast and professional review of your content.

If we find any issues during the review process that require changes before your content can be published, we will contact you via email.

How long is the content review process?

We aim to review all submitted content within two business days.

Where will my event be published?

Your event listing will be published on a dedicated, permanent page in the Events section of the Eco-Business news platform.

What's the difference between a standard and featured event listing?

Featured event listings enjoy premium positioning throughout our news platform, including for a fixed time on our home page and on all story pages. They are seen by a much larger audience and receive further exposure by being included in our global weekly newsletter which reaches more than 90,000 senior decision makers.

Where will my job be published?

Your job listing will be published on a dedicated page in the Jobs section of the Eco-Business news platform.

How long will my job be listed for?

All job listings will be published for 30 days from the date the job is published. If you want to duplicate this job to post it again, another EB Publishing credit will be deducted.

Where will my press release be published?

Your press release will be published on a dedicated, permanent page in the Press Releases section of the Eco-Business news platform. This link will be sent to you when your content is approved.

Where will my research paper be published?

Your research paper will be published on a dedicated, permanent page in the Research section of the Eco-Business news platform under ESG Intelligence. This link will be sent to you when your content is approved.

What happens if I run out of EB Publishing credits?

When that happens, subscribers can always use EB Publishing on a pay-as-you-use basis.

What happens to my EB Publishing credit if my content is rejected?

If your content is rejected for any reason, we will return any used credit back to your account.

Can I get a refund?

You may get a refund if your content has not yet been approved and published. To request a cancellation refund, contact us with the relevant order number. Any refunds are subject to admin charges by our payment provider Stripe.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit/debit cards.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, all payments are secure. Eco-Business uses the latest industry standard encryption for all pages related to accounts, managing your content and payments. Payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe. By using Stripe, we ensure that no sensitive data is ever passed to our servers.
