Billions in Change: Green Drinks December Film Screening

The world is facing some huge problems. There’s a lot of talk about how to solve them. But talk doesn’t reduce pollution, or grow food, or heal the sick. That takes doing.

At Green Initiatives’ 57th documentary film screening of Billions in Change, we will tell the story about a group of doers, the elegantly simple inventions they have made to change the lives of billions of people, and the unconventional billionaire spearheading the project.

Have you ever imagined that a bike can supply a household’s electricity needs for 24 hours with a single hour of pedaling? Is it possible to convert seawater or polluted water to fresh water at a rate of 1000 gallons per hour? What do you think of a device which can prevent you from diseases instead of healing your diseasees?

Film screening will be followed by a short discussion.
