Based on 5 successful NEV forums and 1 Lithium battery summit, the 6th China International New Energy Vehicle Forum 2016 is organized by China Polaris Consulting Co., Ltd and supported by Electric Vehicle Association of Asia Pacific(EVAAP) and UM‐SJTU Joint Institute. This year, up to 500 people are expected to attend the 3-day festive forum.
The smart internet epoch has been changing the traditional automotive industry and new forms such as new energy vehicle and automotive leasing have been greatly promoted. Intelligent vehicles, new energy and lightweight vehicles have been some of the main development trends of the automotive industry.
In the past four years, Polaris has previously organized 5 successful forums on New Energy Vehicles. These events received overwhelming response & participation from the industry, and academia and research organizations alike. Active participation from experts, speakers and delegates was seen from the Development Research Center of the State Council, National Development and Reform Commission, World Electric Vehicle Association & Academician, IAHE and WADE, Chinese Academy of Engineering, SAE International, Efficient and New Energy Vehicles Project of 863 Program, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tsinghua University, China Southern Power Grid , State Grid, Potevio New Energy, and industry experts from OEMs like BMW Group, Volkswagen , Chery Automobile, AUDI, BYD, SAIC Group, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Honda , Toyota, Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd, etc. have also actively participated in our previous events.
In order to continue its endeavor towards further creating awareness of new energy vehicles and learning from global developments in said field, Polaris is organizing its 6th industry forum on New Energy Vehicles. This 6th forum is an effort by Polaris to build a platform for discussion and communication for the industry and with the hope that the new ideas and new proposals put up by the experts from the OEMs, State Grid, Power Companies, Cell Manufactures, Key Part Suppliers and Key Technologies Provider Globally, could be summarized as new measures for the development of New Energy Vehicles.
