17. 促进目标实现的伙伴关系

可持续发展目标只能通过坚定致力于全球伙伴关系和合作而实现。尽管来自发达国家的官方发展援助从2000年到2014年提升了66%,由冲突或者自然灾害带来的人道主义危机依旧需要国家投入更多财政资源和援助。许多国家也需要官方发展援助来鼓励增长和贸易。

这些包容性伙伴关系建立在不同的原则和价值观、以及共同的愿景和目标之上。正是这些让人和地球得以处于中心位置。在全球、区域、国家以及地方层面上,我们都需要推进这些包容性伙伴关系。

虽然在某些领域有所进展,为加速进展我们仍需更多行动。所有的利益攸关方都需要重新聚焦并加强在进步缓慢的领域方面的努力。
