Water in Angat Dam sufficient for summer, says exec

The Angat Dam in Norzagaray, Bulacan has sufficient water supply to meet the needs of people this summer, according to a report on Radyo Inquirer Wedneday.

Engineer Rodolfo German, general manager of the Angat Hydro Electric Power Plant, attributed the adequate water supply to the rains that the country experienced early this year, the report said.

German was quoted as saying that the 193.89-meter water level of Angat Dam’s reservoir was adequate to sustain the water requirements this summer.

The Angat Dam supplies potable water and hydroelectricity to Metro Manila and surrounding provinces.
