Marketing Intern (Phlippines)

Eco-Business is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Marketing Intern. You will be given an opportunity to be exposed to the media and sustainability industry and learn the ropes of how to work within a dynamic, independent media organisation focused on achieving impact across Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Community Manager
  • Assist with design and creation of social media and content marketing collaterals
  • Support campaign creation (e.g. email marketing, webpages) using HubSpot CRM
  • Assist with website updates, including landing pages and campaign pages
  • Conduct research and compile data to support marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Contribute to audience growth initiatives (e.g. newsletter, LinkedIn)
  • Assist with community engagement across platforms
  • Support event promotion (EDMs, social media, partner outreach)
  • Coordinate special projects and provide event logistics support 

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic Working knowledge of CRM, especially HubSpot
  • Basic working knowledge of AI such as Claude, Co-pilot etc
  • Basic working knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar
  • Tertiary level student or graduate
  • Understanding of, and passion for, sustainability
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Marketing creativity and flair
  • Good eye for detail & accuracy

This internship is for a minimum period of six months This position is available immediately. 

There will be a monthly stipend paid to cover basic costs. All shortlisted applicants will be required to do a writing test.
