The Chinese National Energy Administration has issued application details for Distributed PV zones. The release of the application requirements are seen to attract PV companies to submit project proposals despite the ongoing European anti-dumping/anti-subsidy investigations against China manufacturers. China has been aiming to expand the market share of the building-mount PV sector in China and targets the installation of 5GW distributed PV power generations for every year until 2016.
