Hosted by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region and host-coordinated by Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) and Environment Protection Bureau (DSPA) the 2012MIECF will be held from 29 – 31 March 2012 in Macao Special Administrative Region. A high powered annual platform to promote solutions for a low carbon future and sustainable development for cities, the exhibition and conference is strategically positioned to nurture business, technology and information exchange and co-operation between the Pan-Pearl River Delta region in Southern China and the international markets.
The theme for 2012 “Green Economy – New Engine for Growth” is in line with the government’s strategic roadmap to spur the development of a green economy by positioning Macao as role model low carbon city, where green business and technologies thrive.
