Chee Meng Tan

Chee Meng Tan is assistant professor of business economics at the University of Nottingham Malaysia. With a PhD in business administration and a doctorate in economics, his expertise lies in Chinese foreign policy and soft power, particularly in the strategic use of panda diplomacy, the Belt and Road Initiative, and Confucius Institutes.
