Australian winemakers trick grapes to maturing later

In Australia, winemakers have found a way to delay the aging of grapes to counter the effects of climate change. Agricultural scientist Professor Snow Barlow explains the strategy is in the pruning of grapevines a month after their harvest date. New findings on this will be presented at the Climate Change Research Strategy for Primary Industries in Melbourne this week.
