ING Asia Pacific sustainable finance vice president Natalia Rajewska has moved on after two and a half years with the Dutch multinational bank to join Nikko Asset Management.

Rajewska takes on the role of global ESG (environmental, social and governance) specialist at the Japan-based global asset manager, and will be based in Singapore.
Nikko Asset Management, which claims to integrate ESG factors into its investment management processes, has been certified carbon neutral since 2018.
Rajewska joined ING as a sustainable finance analyst in 2019 and was appointed VP in January.
Over her career in the sustainability sector, she was an ESG analyst with Aviva Investors, a researcher for sustainability consultancy Corporate Citizenship and a project manager for the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
She also worked as an analyst for Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) Foundation and co-founded Link to Poland, an online portal providing news about Poland and Polish diaspora.
